How about Mack Swain?

I knew it was either Mack S. or Eric C. but was feelin' too lazy to cross-check other pictures to make sure!

(I sometimes get those two big guys mixed up when I'm not thinking very hard...)

There's no mistaking Ben Turpin. You should have just posted his eyes in the "Who's This?" thread. That would have been enough.

Once Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy were permanently teamed together, Stan never made a movie without Ollie. However, in 1939, Stan had a contract dispute and sat out for a while. The studio put Ollie in a film with this man, Harry Langdon, a former silent screen comic star. The movie was called "Zenobia". Ollie only made one more picture without Stan. It was "The Fighting Kentuckian" with John Wayne in the late forties.

That's right, Lavender. Good job. Here's one that musicalnovelty will probably know. Maybe someone can beat him to it.

Great work, lavender! Bernard Gorcey was in the stage version of "Abie's Irish Rose", as well as the film in 1929. He was the father of Leo and David Gorcey. He played Louie Dumbowski in many Bowery Boys movies. That's Thelma Todd on the right and, I believe the older woman is Ida Kramer.

Yes, I'd have known that one, and sure enough, I was beaten to it!
