RMeingast
University of Westminster (Britain) researchers were commissioned by film rental company LoveFilm to do this study about people watching horror films and how the films do or do not effect viewers health. Study discovered people burn calories, depending on horror film, the equivalent of up to a half an hour walk. EugeniaH
Love it! Interesting idea. But along with a thin body, you'd also have ulcers and gray hair. I'd prefer to get in shape the old-fashioned way. I can't watch horror movies much stronger or more realistic than classic Dracula or Godzilla... (though I'd make exceptions for some films, like *The Shining*).
