RMeingast
Well, I've begun to see lots of advertising in print for the new Lifetime TV movie about Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton, "Liz & Dick." Film is premiering on Lifetime on November 25. Kinda surprised to see the big ad for this movie in a local paper but guess Lifetime must be putting lots of money into promoting it... Stars Lindsay Lohan as Taylor. Grant Bowler plays Burton. willbefree25
Don't bother. You'll need a hot bath afterwards to wash off the heebie jeebies. There's one photo TCM is showing during their advert for her films, and she is even more gorgeous than she was in Cat On A Hot Tin Roof. It's in color, and shows her violet eyes to their full advantage. When she in her prime, she was drop dead gorgeous. When she wasn't, well, she wasn't. DownGoesFrazier
Speaking of Taylor, I saw much of REFLECTIONS IN A GOLDEN EYE yesterday for the first time. Wasn't too bad, and it was the only time LIz and Brando worked together. Bombed badly at the box office.

I just posted as FYI... Me no watch it but others might, if only to see Lohan as Taylor...
Sepiatone
I think( Yes, it's been known to HAPPEN from time to time...) we all can agree that in most cases, the leads in "Biopics" are usually miscast. Sepiatone
