JamesN
Does The film The Light That Failed with Ronald Colman and Ida Lupino ever show up on TCM? It is not available on either VHS or DVD. It used to be run on tv many, many years ago back on the east coast.
slaytonf
Search the light that failed dvd, or the light that failed movie, and you will get responses for sites that sell the DVD. I cannot vouch for the quality of the picture or the reliability of any of the sites. I don't think TCM has shown it, at least not in the last four years or so. No, I'm sure it has never been shown on TCM (at least not yet...) It's one of many 1930's Paramount movies many of us would love to see shown on TCM (or on any other channel for that matter). markfp2
Well, TCM has been getting Universal to crack open the vault door, at least a little bit, when it comes to the pre-48 Paramount films, so I would think there may be hope that THE LIGHT THAT FAILS might show up one of these days (or maybe years).
