clore Posted December 11, 2012 Share Posted December 11, 2012 Did you notice that the trailer identifies Van Cleef as the Ugly and Wallach as the Bad? In the movie, those labels are the opposite. I can remember the first time that I saw it in 1968 and being surprised that the film didn't match the trailer. That's because the original Italian title of *Il buono, il brutto, il cattivo* translates as *The Good, the Ugly and the Bad* but while the English title was altered, the trailer wasn't altered to match.
