Dorothy McGuire could easily be featured for SUTS with this title, ENCHANTED COTTAGE, included. I think Herbert Marshall is brilliant in it, too. He's another one that deserves a SUTS tribute.

Since we have five days of MGM Oscar pictures coming up, I have found five different images/logos for the lion that show the evolution of the studio's brand. I think people will find these interesting. I will post the first one, in anticipation of tomorrow's showings, later this afternoon...

Thanks for all your hard work TopBilled, but I'm pretty much on cruise control until the Paramount Pictures segment picks up in a couple of days. They've got some interesting ones planned for that segment, most prominently "Hold Back The Dawn".

The last time I remember SECOND CHORUS on TCM was for a Paulette Goddard SUTS tribute in 2011. It was not a very good print...a public domain copy if I am not mistaken.

SECOND CHORUS is available on YouTube now. Anyone that has a DSL speed of 1.5 M or higher can see it non-stop.

I've been watching old classic movies on YouTube since TCM has been showing these new wide-screen color musicals for the past week.

YouTube also has a lot of Charlie Chan films and other classics that TCM does not show, such as the John Wayne films from the 1930s and many 1930s horror films.

With any films that contain commercials, the commercials can be blocked after a 5 second wait.

I think the film that Fred Astaire made with Joan Leslie at RKO, THE SKY'S THE LIMIT, is shown even less than SECOND CHORUS.
