allycat1920 Posted May 11, 2005 Share Posted May 11, 2005 I just watched Silk Stockings on TCM and really liked it but I can't quite say why. I like musicals but I am picky about them, and this one didn't seem to fit with my general taste and yet... So I was wondering if there were films like that for other. Movies that you love but don't know why or that seem to come from left field and seem completely at odds with what you normally like. I suppose the question could also be looked at the other way; movie that you thought you were just going to love for one reason or another but couldn't get into. shainablue1 Posted May 11, 2005 Share Posted May 11, 2005 I generally Do Not like westerns at all- but I love Destry Rides Again with Marlene Dietrich and James Stewart.
