Please Identify Short

This was an early talkie short (even though the year 1912 was in the bottom left corner all through it....not mistaken, as it was same year Titanic sank)....but this short was probably actually in the 1920's. It only starred 2 men with moustaches wearing suits & bowler hats, standing up side-by-side the whole time, telling short jokes and singing funny little songs. I tivo'd it and kept it for several days, then inadvertantly deleted the movie that preceded it. I'd like to locate either the exact title and/or the names of the 2 stars and fine it through a search on them. I think it was either "Curses, He Said" or "Curses, He Says". Please note that it was not Chester Conklin's "Curses They Remarked". I've already searched him and that's not the one. Any help is greatly appreciated.
