Saimo
On December Ripley's Home Video (RHV) will release an Alida Valli collection, focusing on her early films (1935-1943). RHV is one of Italian most distinguished quality labels, and they often include English subtitles for their discs, but I am not sure whether they are going to subtitle an entire boxset of little-known films, so perhaps a little feedback might help them decide. If an English-speaking audience does exist, this is the right time to make them hear your voice. http://www.facebook.com/pages/RIPLEYS-HOME-VIDEO/118686660055 Also, in early 2014 RHV will start an "archive collection", releasing silents and early talkies from '20s and '30s. Silents will probably be English-friendly, but a little encouragement can't hurt ;-)
