Frustration at not being able to contact TCM for suggestions & feedback

I just found out about the new Warner Achives instant streaming service and wanted to give them some suggestions. No way is provided. Same with TCM, via this website. I'm sure others would appreciate being to give feedback and helpful suggestions and I'm sure some of it would help TCM and Warner Archives do a better job serving their audience. My guess is they are too frugal, to use a polite word, to hire people to sort through customer/audience input and route it to decision makers.
