67 Across - *Blonde Crazy* (How could I have forgotten this pairing of James Cagney and Joan Blondell?)

 

Also, either I'm very blind or 38 Down is not on your puzzle. The hint sounds like real-life gangsters: Al Capone, Big Jim Colosimo and Johnny Torrio.
