How does a suggestion for a DVD release get posted?

My first post on here.

I had seen at one point where one could vote for a DVD release of TCM film.

 

I have two which from reading here should be available.

 

First "The Last Angry Man" starring Paul Muni was written up fully at TCM.

Second "Outrage: directed by Ida Lupino also was featured on TCM.

 

I suggest these two for DVD release. How do I know if the suggestion is received?

 

Also, how do I set up an email notification for replies? I did not see it in profile.
