hamradio
While researching a movie, I came across this website, IMCDB (Internet Movie Cars Database) http://www.imcdb.org/movie_90264-A-View-to-a-Kill.html Has anyone used it? Very cool.
Kid Dabb
I have used it in the past. It is a very cool db. There are many screenshots that cannot be found otherwise. Usually very good detailed info with many entries covering most vehicles of all kinds used in a particular film. Just search a film title and watch it go
Dargo2
This Gearhead here thanks you for posting this link, Ham! (...looks like a fun website for those of us into both classic film and classic cars)
SansFin
It is indeed very cool. I like that it is so complete and it is much easier to use than many internet databases. The search functions are admirable. There are several databases similar in concept: http://www.imsdb.com/ is movie scripts http://www.impdb.org/ is airplanes http://www.imfdb.org/ is firearms http://www.imrdb.org/ is radio communications I have though to enter "www.imXdb.org" with different letters for the "X" to see what might be found. I have not done it as it would take some considerable time and I have a little fear of what I might uncover.
FredCDobbs
ham, if you go to the home page of that website, scroll down to the bottom of the page to see a long list of different brands of cars. Then click on a car brand to see long lists of different model names and numbers. http://www.imcdb.org/
hamradio
I like the one covering firearms. NRA members will love it. Wanted to see what all the weaponry used in "Terminator 2, Judgement Day". This will make a nice conversation piece. http://www.imfdb.org/wiki/Terminator_2#Handheld_GE_M134_Minigun

Tikisoo
I use the movie script data base frequently to find particular quotes to post here. God help anyone who paraphrases around this bunch.
