DownGoesFrazier
If there are technical problems which preclude posting, how are we supposed to report them if we can't post? Shouldn't we be able to send an E-mail to report these problems? I don't see any E-mail address provided on the boards.
Guest
First and MOST IMPORTANT: Almost all problems related to posting are temporary glitches. Some of us experienced that earlier this week. These types of issues go away or are resolved within 12 to 24 hours. Any sort of system-wide problem does get noted pretty quickly during the day and evening hours. So what should you do if you're having a problem that exists more than 12 to 24 hours? If you are able to login, but not post, you may still be able to send a PM to me. If you have contact with other users outside the TCM forums, and they are not having a problem with the forums, ask them to contact me for you. If that doesn't work, there is a Contact Us link at the bottom of every single page of the site: http://www.tcm.com/contact-tcm.html. You can send an email from that page, or you can call 404-885-5535 and leave a message. Both of those are monitored and will be seen.
