In May 2009, they showed a good number of his films on Friday nights when the Bond series first became available to TCM. I can't remember if he was actually Star of the Month, however.

I believe these were the films shown during the month:

Dr. No

From Russia With Love

On the Fiddle (a.k.a Operation Snafu)

Goldfinger

Thunderball

Woman of Straw

You Only Live Twice

Diamonds Are Forever

The Anderson Tapes

Marnie

The Hill

The Russia House

The Wind and the Lion

The Great Train Robbery

Robin and Marian

An acquaintance of Connery explains the difference between his James Bond and that of Roger Moore in this fashion:

You tell Moore that you have kidnapped his wife. He will tense up, glare at you, pick up the telephone, and call the police.

You tell Connery that you have kidnapped his wife. He will jump on you and tear you to pieces with his hands and teeth!

I like that, Palmerin. I saw a sort of documentary on the James Bond series and the narrator explained the animalism in Sean Connery that surfaces in his Bond. He kept referencing his physical posture along with his focused attention as he was walking in a public venue. He compared him to a leopard stalking his prey.

There is none of this in any other actor's portrayal of Bond. IMO, Roger Moore was the worst at conveying the proper attitude and behavior.
