bukem75
Can someone please help me identify an old American black and white comedy movie from the 1930s/40s I think. In the style of Capra/Wilder/Hawks Similar in the vein of "you cant take it with you" and "On borrowed time" From what i recall it is set in a a small town and has some eccentric odd ball characters in it including a local drunk. set in the early 1900s,may be earlier cant remember the plot but had a a character that kept repeating a funny/stupid catchphrase , something like "Wahooop , chick, chick, chick" throughout the film. Plot may have something to do with a local competion/election/contest Please help,,,this has been driving me crazy!!!
