Have you seen abbot and Costello's Captain kid? It was shot in 3 color Super cine color.Did you see how it looked more like two color technicolor? no Blues? When you saw Sunny side of the Street in the same process , did you see how the color were three color. The same with the magic Carpet? Super cine color involved .at that time the use of a new 3 color single neg of Eastman color.Just for cinema photographing only.It was then printed on the same front and back two color emulation positive print. It was suppose to improve the color ,but it didn't the color remained dirty orange blue and greens and browns ,cause the positive print was on a two color print see,Captain kid probably survived in only the two color print as a result no third color,If the Eastman color negative had survive it would of been better.Jack and the Bean stalks ,1953, Eastman color negative survived so the print is excellent .If Sunny side of the streets positive two color print only existed it would of been more greenish and muddy blue.Fortunately the print on t. c. m. was from the Eastman color negative
