Run Run Shaw, the man considered the father of the Kung Fu movie, has died at the age of 106. Does anyone recall TCM showing any Kung Fu films? (I think they showed Enter The Dragon but I'm not 100 percent sure.)

Yes. *Enter the Dragon* was shown by TCM Monday, November 11, 2013 @ 12:45 A.M. as part of their The Story of Film series.

I can't recall any other kung fu films they may have shown. If they ever get around to showing any at all, the award winning *Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (2000)* would be my guess as their first pick. I mention this one only because it has garnered more attention and respect from both the public and the industry. Perhaps *Kill Bill Volumes I & II* will (should?) be next.

I just can't see them dredging up _all_ the Chinese kung fu films from the 70s on - well, perhaps all of Bruce Lee's as an anthology.

sfpcc2, Enter the Dragon was shown as part of The Story of Film series on November 11th 2013 at 12:45 am. Can't really think of any other Kung-Fu

movies that have aired on TCM though.

Anyway Mr. Shaw (or is it Mr.Run in Chinese?) lived a long and fruitful life.
