DownGoesFrazier Posted March 9, 2014 Share Posted March 9, 2014 Seeing MARTY and MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT back-to-back made me realize how much Chayefsky relies on the ailments and aches and pains of aging, and the fact of acquaintances dying, as a prime component of dialogue, both for humor and otherwise.
