spencerl964
To the author of this & to old pal Mongo, just thought I would add something here on "The Genius" that was & is> *Brando! & only a couple of days back I saw on MSNBC-(the likes of ET are now mostly concerned with & to be frank>"Whos' Sleeping With Who?") *Brando's items-(estate) were sold at auction-(not certain if it was "Sotheby's?" Which handled *Kate's, early in 2004? Please chime in, to whom ever knows this queston though. I was lucky enough, to have a grand gal send me actual book of *Katharine Hepburn's "Sotheby's Auction!"-(Here's to you Holly!) But, his script of *"The Godfather" (1972) set somekind of $$$ record. I think it sold for an estimated: $336.000 or so. It struck me instantly-(that $$$ figure) due to "The Bust/Sculpture" that *Hepburn made herself of *Tracy-(which can be glimpsed in "Guess Who's Coming to...") It sold to an anonymous phone call, for $316,000 Both figures were fairly close in price. If anyone knows about *Brando's auction, please assist here though & to greatmovies64, if you are a big fan of *Brando's-(obviously you are!) Have you ever as yet seen the little known fiasco from 1998 "Free Money?" Charlie Sheen, *Mira Sorvino & D. Sutherland also starred. It's not exactly Terry Malloy territory, but you should still look 4-it, being a fan.
