bhryun
I am trying to find a movie that was made in black in white in the 1930's or 1940's. The storyline is about a bride that keeps running away from weddings and in the process of going home on a train, she has a man dressed up in a Daniel Boone outfit that only she can see. The movie progresses as a romantic comedy and in the end, she finds out that the man who she keeps seeing is a boy she fell in love with at a birthday party. The man now lives in New York as a Fireman. They find each other and live happily ever after. Please help me find the movie title and names of the actors. minatonga
Hi I believe it is "It Had to Be You" starring Ginger Rogers and Cornel Wilde. I saw this a few years back and it sounds like it.
kimbo3200
This movie sounds really cute. I just checked the TCM library, but unfortunately it does not list it. Where did you guys see it?
minatonga
I saw it a while back on one of the cable channels (don't remember which one), so it's out there somewhere.
