nvprospector
Hello, I am looking for a early short film with sound on driving etiquette. The film I am looking for has an particular scene. In the scene a driver encounters a horse and buggy on the road. The horse becomes unresponsive and refuses to move. So the driver first turns off the engine and gets out of the car. Well the horse still refuses to budge. Next the driver covers the car with a tarp, yet the horse still won't move. Finally the driver disassembles his car and hides it in a ditch. At this time the horse moves and continues on its way. The last time I seen this film is when I was cleaning out the AV room at my high school and for the life of me can not remember what this short was called. Since I have not been in high school since the '80s I doubt the film is still there. Hopefully someone can help Thank You. Tim
slaytonf
Was it sound or silent? Seems like something Buster Keaton or Harold Lloyd would do.
nvprospector
It was sound. The teachers used it to lighten the mood after showing the driving video "Blood on the Highway."
