Is this photo from I LOVE MELVIN? I wish TCM would show it more often. These two were delightful together. I was fortunate enough to see one of their shows together in the 1990s and it was evident that they were truly good friends.

Is it from I LOVE MELVIN? I did a Google images search on their names plus SINGIN' IN THE RAIN. But it's possible the photo was misnamed on Google.

Another good Donald O'Connor film is SOMETHING IN THE WIND, where he is paired with Deanna Durbin. It's never aired on TCM.

Universal issued SOMETHING IN THE WIND on DVD as part of one of the Deanna Durbin collections.

It has an excellent cast.

Lina Lamont appears in her last movie on TCM

She had a good career. After all, she made more money than Calvin Coolidge- put together!
