Firstly as you know it is directed by the wonderful, Joseph Losey, of "The Servant" fame and so many others, and besides Redgrave and Todd as inducements it was supposedly written as a play by Emyln Williams and photographed by Freddie Francis. By the way, I don't think I have ever thanked you for keeping me up to date on all the great movies available daily with these posts of yours. I used to make a complete perusal of TV Guide for movies I'd want to see, before there started being so many hundreds of channels to check which could take hours. Now I'm too lazy, but I appreciate being the receiver of your bountiful gift of your most generous time to prepare this daily listing for me and others and would like to thank you most heartedly!

You are most definitely welcome! If I'm not mistaken, TIME WITHOUT PITY was one of Ann Todd's final films, perhaps her very last? What a great actress. TopBilled
Didja ever mosey past Losey, TB? Sounds like a title for a Hoagy Carmichael tune! Yes, it cuts through the downtown area. One day I had gotten off the bus and was walking to an appointment when I noticed I was on Losey Blvd. I knew Joseph Losey the director was from Wisconsin but didn't realise till that day he was from LaCrosse, where I was at the time residing. It was kind of exciting actually when I took my phone out and looked him up, and on wiki it says he was from LaCrosse. So I figured this part of town was founded by his family, which I confirmed a week later when I went to the public library. This was around the time I started a thread on these boards called 'I'm Famous and I'm from Wisconsin.'
