JLH
William Castle directed many films here at the Columbia Ranch - including The Tingler at the Skeffington House (from John Ford's 1958 film The Last Hurrah). So the Skeffington House went from Spencer Tracy's house to Vincent Price's house. The house is still at the ranch and still used for filming. you can see more at http://www.columbiaranch.net or https://www.facebook.com/columbiaranch.net the property now is known as the Warner Bros. Ranch at 411 N. Hollywood Way, Burbank, CA 91505

I think The Last Hurrah is one of the great underrated John Ford films and has a lot more to do with movies than with politics. And I think a William Castle festival is long overdue on TCM.
