RAINBOW with Andrea McArdle

I don't think at the present time TCM airs many (if any) made-for-Tv movies.  I've seen RAINBOW a couple of times, but not on television.  It was released on VHS in the mid-1980s by 'VCII', which was the porno video company VCX's attempt to go 'straight' and release non-adult titles.  VCX didn't have to adjust their logo very much to make the switch to 'VCII' on the front of their video boxes.

If you go to Amazon, narrow your search to 'Movies & Tv' and then type 'Rainbow - Andrea McArdle' you'll more than likely get a 'Search' result and see the video box for 'RAINBOW'.  It says "Judy Garland - The Early Years' on the front.  Unfortunately, to buy it these days isn't cheap!  When I bought my VCII tape of 'RAINBOW' it was around 15 years ago.  I tried to upload the picture of the video box to this post, but apparently the file was too big (that's what it said, anyway) and was rejected.  The box is mostly white and the word 'RAINBOW' has each letter in a different color.

There are a number of made-for-Tv movies from the 1970s that seem to have disappeared off the face of the Earth.  If it weren't for that 1 video release I'd have no idea where to find a copy of 'RAINBOW'.

Maybe in the future TCM will show an occasional TVM.  :)
