Kid Dabb Posted November 7, 2014 Share Posted November 7, 2014 I have no answers for your questions, but a Region 1 DVD does seem to be available from SantaFlix.com ; on sale now for 22.36 - - I would read some reviews of this company before deciding to purchase as more than a few customers have issues obtaining their DVDs.
