He first started having an impact on the screen with his work in the 1950's.

MilesArcher
Yes, that"s Felix Bressart. The photo is from a 1940 movie called "It All Came True". Here is a father and son combination. The father was a leading man in silent movies, appearing with the likes of Mary Pickford and Joan Crawford. The son had a long career in movies and TV playing mostly supporting roles as villains and henchmen in westerns. In the fifties, the father came out of retirement to work in a movie that the son was in. The son also became an easily recognized spokesman for a cleaning product. Can you name them? scsu1975
They are House Peters and House Peters Jr (aka, "Mr. Clean").
MilesArcher
You are correct, SCSU. They were both in a Gene Autry movie called "The Old West", although I don't believe that they had any scenes together. House Jr. shaved his head and was Mr. Clean for several years in TV commercials. It's your turn rich.

scsu1975
OK, next guess - Charles Farrell ? Yes, that's Farrell as "Fazil," with Greta Nissen. Take it away, Miles.
MilesArcher
When Charles Farrell did sound films and "My Little Margie" on TV, you couldn't mistake that Boston accent. Now, who is this? He was a popular sidekick in westerns for about twenty years. It is not Smiley Burnett or Pat Buttram.

MilesArcher
Very good, Torchy. Welcome to the boards. Max Terhune was a member of "The Three Mesquiteers", a western series whose members included John Wayne at one time. His character was known as Lullabye Joslin. He then became part of "The Range Busters", where his character was simply called "Alibi". He actually was an accomplished ventriloquist and he performed in several movies with his dummy, Elmer Sneezeweed. TorchyB, now it's your turn to post a photo.
