MilesArcher
The last clue did it for me. It's Jack Lemmon and Chris Lemmon. I know that Jack went to Harvard. However, I did not remember Chris from "Knots Landing".
lavenderblue19
Correct Miles. Jack Lemmon and his taller and look alike son Chris Lemmon. Jack and Chris appeared in the 3 films together- Airport 77, Dad, That's Life. Chris Lemmon wrote A Twist of Lemmon, A Tribute To My Father. Chris had a guest recurring role on Knots Landing. He played a crazed man who worked with and was in love with Karen (Michelle Lee) when Karen worked at a tv station. He tries to kill her by planting a bomb, but it backfires and he's killed instead. Many episodes had him stalking and tormenting her all the while pretending to be her friend. Chris is a classically trained pianist, producer, actor, author and best of all Jack's loving son. A terrific pair of men. Thanks for the guesses, good work and it's your thread Miles
