This is the 3rd time for Good News including SUTS day for June Allyson on August 28.

The programmers love it. It fits many of their themes/ideas.

How have you been Top?  Was gonna go to Judy tomorrow, but they aren't opening it that wide just yet, so it's The Joker-(might as well already give J. Phoenix that statue right now) on Thursday & ironically for my 55th birthday month going to TCM/Fathom Presents *The Godfather, Part II-(Nov 1st) & if things pan out for December The Irishman-(12 nominations likely)

See any new releases within last couple of months buddy?

Hey Spence,

What a nice note. I have been busy working, like a dog, so I haven't had a chance to get out and see any new movies. I will probably make a point of going to see THE IRISHMAN, when I am able to do so.

Is your birthday in September or in October?

It's not quite as long as *GWTW or *Lawrence of Arabia but close  Casino 182 minutes was pretty long though, not this long It hurts the $Box-0ffice$ receipts when a movie is too long they can't show it as many times, more is the credit due to a *Gone With the Wind or *Titanic then, right   Longest motion picture on record may be 1985's Shoah at 9hrs Ebert & Siskel had to watch it go home and come back, plus another German epic Berlin Alexanderplatz (l980) at an astounding 931 minutes-(when someone can please do the math on that via hours) & most call it a masterpiece The longest I ever went to is 1993's powerful Gettysburg ($8m.) (***1/2) at 4 hrs 14 minutes  (TRIVIA: Ill never frget wen *Sinatra's ultimate masterpiece It was a Very good Year from '65 was done at 4:12 & he said it was longer then the first act of Hamlet, but no song compares in length to the 11minute plus-(I probably can't spell it)  Ina Godda, De Vita Baby from the late '60's   So I bet The Joker still makes more$$$ then The Irishman no matter which is superior. (TRIVIA: *Marty's highest grosser to date is *The Departed at $135M. & can anyone fathom out of all the greats *De Niro has done  Meet the Fockers is his $$$ high note at $242m???

(NOT$: To topBilled, another maintenance item, how dies 1 clean out it's personal notes, you know where t says mailbox is full w/profile?)

Click on the envelope for Messages. Then go down to where it says 'Go to Inbox.' You will have to manually go through each message you want to delete and put them in the trash. There's a Trash button. Play around with it. You'll figure it out!

OK, I can't seem to figure out the association between HIT THE DECK and Eves. Am I missing the obvious, or is it not part of the theme?

I don't think HIT THE DECK is part of the evening's theme.
