Huhn.  BIG surprise!

Jake posting YouTube clips!

But, MY favorite line in TOMBSTONE is when Thomas Haden Church's character jokes about Val Kilmer's Doc Holiday being so drunk, "He's probably seeing double."  And Kilmer's Holiday retorts;

"I have TWO guns, one for EACH of you."

This might be a little OT but I thought it be worth mentioning.  I'm watching  "Beyond The Headlines: Marilyn (Monroe) and Her Men" and the subject was mentioned abouf her posing nude for the controversial calendar.

A reporter asked a (stupid - duh) question to Marilyn....what did you have on?

Marilyn Monroe.....the radio.

:lol:

"You'll shoot your eye out, kid."

-- A department store Santa Claus (Jeff Gillen) to Ralphie Parker (Peter Billingsley) in "A Christmas Story" (1983), after the youngster asked for "an official Red Ryder carbine action 200 shot range model air rifle." Ralphie's mother (Melinda Dillon) had the same reaction.

"We're on a mission from God."

-- Elwood Blues (Dan Aykroyd) in "The Blues Brothers" (1980).

Funny, but with Aykroyd's doing that Chicago accent, I always thought he was sayin'...

"We're on a mission from Got."

Yeah Bogie, I know Dan's a good ol' Canadian boy originally, but I always though he was attempting a Chicago accent in that movie.

(...and so now the question is: Do most Ottawaians...err...Ottawatonians...err...Ottawaites...err...someone who hails from Ottawa usually talk like that TOO???)

Dan's got a cop or RCMP cadence to his speech which is a bit different.  Family upbringing.

So Bogie, in essence here you're sayin' instead of once parodying Sgt. Joe Friday, he REALLY should have made a movie parodying Sgt. Preston of the Yukon then, RIGHT??? ;)

He and one in the works for quite a while!  I believe he is multi-generational RCMP.
