chaya bat woof woof
Ghost Story (read the book and the ending wasn't like the movie). Any recent films with Marvel et alia super heroes (because they want to keep a franchise going) If you misinterpret it, GWTW Suspicion is anti-climatic because people didn't want to see Cary Grant as a murderer. I don't know if it is anti-climatic, but The Big Sleep (I think - with Bogie and Bacall) is too convoluted - can't keep players and murderers straight. Mildred Pierce is also rather anti-climatic
Peebs
I agree about Suspicion. I was hoping that Cary Grant would knock off old monkey face. 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968)
shutoo
anti-climatic for laughs...Murder by Death (even the fog is phoney) I know why they ended The Next Voice You Hear... without a 'message', but when the minister says "we forgot it's Sunday, and God's resting" as a reason.,..that's beyond hokey
