Carl Reiner — DICK VAN DYKE SHOW — based on his experiences writing for Sid Caesar’s show, and Carl plays the Sid Caesar figure. There are other movies about writing for YOUR SHOW OF SHOWS but I can’t think of another one where the reminiscer is performing in it.
