TopBilled
*I find being left handed fascinating! Probably because it isn't the norm. I myself am right handed, but my identical twin brother was born left handed. He was trained to write with his right hand by an occupational therapist. This is great. I love this category. I find it fascinating too. When I watched Allan Lane write with his left hand in a movie, it caused me to wonder how many more there were/are.

Bush (41st) William J, Clinton (42nd) Barack Obama (44th) *Just FYI Ronald Reagan (40th) was right handed (per The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library (and personal first hand knowledge) and one interesting fact, James Garfield (20th) wrote with both hands.

LonesomePolecat
Major plot point to TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD-- Mayella Ewell was beaten by a left handed guy, Tom Robinson can't use his left hand at all, and her father Bob Ewell IS left handed. TopBilled
Great examples Lonesome. I'm surprised more film stories (murder mysteries) haven't used the left-handed plot device.

He has also provided a voice on Batman: The Animated Series. Very interesting. By the way, in my earlier post I said the King of Jordan played himself on a Star Trek Voyager episode...but he actually had a non-speaking role on the ship's bridge. He was wearing an officer's uniform. So he was not really playing himself but a random member of the ship's personnel.
GregoryPeckfan
This is not a cameo but a larger than cameo role and I do no know how many Americans have seen the series, but former Canadian Prime Minister Stephan Harper was such a big fan of the Canadian detective series Murdoch Mysteries that he appeared as a policeman in an episode. This was *during* the time he was Prime Minister of Canada. I'm not exactly sure how or why he did it, but this was *before* the attack on Parliament Hill in Ottawa. There were a lot of body guards on the set.
