Who was in all 5 films?

Recommended Posts

Starlit, I'm trying to figure this one out without going to IMDB.  Is a hint possible?

Sorry, Terrence, but I think you'll probably have to go to the IMDb.  Even though this actor is listed as having 375 credits, I don't think his name is familiar to most people.  Being the Judy Garland fan that I am, the part that I remember him best in is that of Baby Rosalie's father in Babes in Arms.  Don't know if that helps you any.

He was also in Ruby Keeler's tap dance musical, Go into to Your Dance.

Mr. and Mrs. Smith

To Be or Not to Be

The Bachelor and the Bobby-Soxer

Honestly, Charles Halton is one of those prolific consummate professional character actors who really falls through all the cracks--if not for great casting directors like Frank Capra.

For an actor who is so Anonymous, almost everybody in America can identify him as the bank examiner in It's a Wonderful Life.

Star, great choice.
