Later for the personal family issues of Harry and Meghan.

Prince Andrew-- the Queen's second eldest son-- has been cited by American federal prosecutors as not cooperating with the investigation of accused pedophile, the late Jeffrey Epstein.

An American woman is accusing the prince of having been forced into a sexual relationship with him-- by Jeffrey Epstein--

when she was a minor.

Photos of prince Andrew with the woman, when she was a minor, have been circulated throughout the media.

Prince Andrew admits to being a longtime friend of Jeffrey Epstein and to the fact that his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, borrowed large amounts of money from Epstein.

In the wake of the Scandal, prince Andrew has been asked by the queen to relinquish his Royal duties for the meantime and to take a real step back from the Royal Family-- a step back that--

Unlike Prince Harry --

he did not request but was thrust upon him because of the controversy surrounding the pedophile accusations against the him, which were being discussed in Parliament.

The prince has the title of Duke of York, which for the meantime, he is maintaining.

The British are disgusted  with Prince Andrew--

The Birthday of the Queen's Second Son will not officially be celebrated  by flying the Union Jack

Prince Andrew continues to be a major problem for the queen.

Even though the prince has stepped away from his Royal duties, the government is required to continue to celebrate his birthday February 19th as a National Union Jack flying day for all government buildings. There have been protests Nationwide and local councils are refusing to raise the flag in his honor.

Again the Second Son of the queen threatens the stability of the royal family and of the monarchy.

Bowing to the complaints about the accused pedophile friend of Jeffrey Epstein, the palace has been pressured to drop the honor of celebrating the Duke of York's birthday.

Many are wondering how long prince Andrew will be allowed to maintain that title as the Duke of York.

Russia to Consider Making Ex-Presidents Immune from Prosecution

Russian presidents could be made immune from criminal prosecution once they leave office under proposed constitutional reforms, a senior lawmaker said on Tuesday.

The proposal, made by a parliamentary working group, comes after President Vladimir Putin last month announced sweeping reforms to the political system that would shift some powers away from the presidency.

Putin's initiatives, which were followed by a government shake-up, are widely seen as a way to allow him to extend his grip on power after his term ends in 2024.

The proposals by the parliamentary working group assessing Putin's reforms include making former presidents immune from criminal prosecution, said Pavel Krashennikov, the group's co-chair.

"The president of Russia, having ceased to exercise his powers, has immunity. We have this (proposed reform)," he said at a working group meeting, the state-run RIA news agency reported.

Prosecuting ex-presidents and ex mayors of Paris/ or trying to prosecute them is a cottage industry in France.

Not a perfect democracy, but one that's still trying to work.

The latest on the Royal Family--

The happily married Harry and Meghan are smart to get out of that toxic regime.

Just this week, two divorces within the royal family have been reported:

A grandson of the queen and a nephew of the queen.

But you do reap what you sow--

The grandson's mother is Princess Anne, who is also divorced.

While the nephew's mother was Princess Margaret, who was also divorced.

Three of the Queen's 4 children have been divorced.

Divorce is like a coronavirus for the Royal Family.

Harry and Megan were smart to get away from them.

Britain officially ignores Prince Andrew's birthday in retaliation to accusations of his pedophilia

The Queen's favorite son prince Andrew has become a real disgrace to the Royal Family. Last week a bus was parading around Buckingham Palace demanding that he give evidence of his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein to the FBI.

Also last week a British police officer claims prince Andrew was lying about the night he was accused of  having had sex with a minor girl. And this police officer intends to demand his personal work records to prove it.

Last week was Prince Andrew's birthday. It was his 60th birthday and a landmark for him personally. But you would not have known it in Britain. Because of the outcry against him, local government offices we're allowed to opt out of flying the British flag in honor of his birthday.

The Scandal surrounding prince Andrew could bring down the monarchy.
