minatonga Posted February 4, 2003 Share Posted February 4, 2003 You can still search the TCM Library. Choose "Schedule" on the choices up above. Then click on "Search the Schedule" which is on the lower left side. When you get to the next page you will see "Search the TCM LIbrary" on the bottom. nealgoodall Posted February 4, 2003 Share Posted February 4, 2003 That's incomplete. For instance, Kurosawa was Director of the Month a few years ago, but none of his titles appear in the database. They will be showing "La Strada" in April, but if you enter "Fellini" the only result is "Ginger and Fred". I agree: We want a full list, please. coffeedan1927 Posted February 4, 2003 Share Posted February 4, 2003 Only the films that TCM owns outright are listed in the TCM library. The Kurosawa films aren't there because TCM doesn't own them; it leased the films from the current owner. The same goes for LA STRADA -- TCM doesn't own it, therefore it isn't in the library.
