Alfred Hitchcock's "Vertigo"

Recommended Posts

In the opening credits of Vertigo, the camera focuses on the lips, eyes and face of a young woman, while Bernard Hermann's haunting theme is playing. It is my opinion that the person's face being photographed is NOT Kim Novak but Hitchcock's daughter, Pat. Can anybody corroborate this, please?

I can't answer your question but I must confess I watched the end of Vertigo and saw what the big deal was well saw Jimmy solve his problem. I also must confess I don't care for Vertigo. I get Vertigo watching Vertigo. It's like one of the former posts in another forum Movies you've suppose to like but haven't seen or movies your suppose to like but haven't watched. I felt guilty watching the end but I honestly can't stand to watch it. Thank you for letting me get that off my chest.
