tomagain77
Okay it's Christmas Eve and you've got to pick just one film to watch. What's it going to be? What's your all-time favorite holiday film? I'm not sure that this is classified as a holiday film but my choice is "The Man Who Came To Dinner". Remember.........choose only one! katyscar11ett
There are SO many good ones - I want to pick It's a Wonderful Life but I'm gotta pick Scrooge with Alaister Sim. It is so totally uplifting. But then so is Wonderful Life - but with only one choice, gotta go with Scrooge.

bansi4
I'll stick with "A Christmas Carol" (1938). Although it's short at 69 minutes it captures the essence of the story. The players are well suited for their parts and the settings are admirable. Mongo
deeanddaisy666
For me, it would have to be Scrooge (1951) with Alastair Sim. Since this movie was first shown on WPIX ages ago, only once a year on Christmas Eve, it has come to mean Christmas to me.
tracey65k
Gotta go with the Grinch--not the remake, but the original cartoon with Boris Karloff narrating. Classic! Tracey
