It's called "The Beast" by Angelo Badalamenti, and it's on the Mulholland Dr. soundtrack. I'm not sure if it's available anywhere else, but it probably is if you look hard enough.

Are you sure it's not "Rock House" by the Ernie Freeman Combo, 'cause that sounded a lot like it to me . . . I could have heard wrong, but if I remember correctly the tune sounded like the aformentioned title.
