British (?) Gangster Movie

A few years ago I saw on TV a British (or Australian) gangster movie in which the bad guys bury a man along with his cell phone; it's only after he's buried do they realize that the phone is on, as we can hear it ringing. I've submitted this question elsewhere, and no one could identify it. I am positive that it was a feature-length film (not a TV episode), and that it was either British or Australian, not American. Any help is greatly appreciated.
