SSpinner
I don't see the link to vote on movies to be released on home video/DVD ..where'd it go? I love that feature! There's so many movies I'd like to buy on DVD and it felt like maybe I was making a difference when I voted...
Nav1
Are you using a Macintosh computer?
SSpinner
No... I've got a PC. I don't think my computer is the problem 'cause I was here a few days ago and I could still vote on movies in the Database. Now I just don't see the "Vote" link where it used to be on the movie's page. Do you? Oh, and another thing... you know how if a movie is already on DVD, there'll be a picture of the DVD art and a link to buy it? Instead of a "vote for this to be released" link? Well... I don't see that anymore either! Just now I tried clicking on Casablanca, which I know Warner/TCM is selling... but there's no DVD link on the right side of the page (or anywhere else). What's going on?!
Nav1
Well, all I can say is the problem is with the web site developer. Ever since they changed it, nothing really workes like it used to. The nice thing about a macintosh is that I can run two operating systems at the same time. I can't afford to buy all the software that I used with OS9.2., but I can still access the internet on OS10.4. That's how I know there is something wrong with their Web developer. I even sent them an e-mail, and they said that they would correct the time zones on the schedule print out like it was before, but that was almost a month ago. It's not you. It's the web site. Guest rsteiner0609
Sorry - we had a brief problem with our home video display, and had to temporarily remove the vote capability. This was fixed within a few hours. Sorry for the inconvenience - we've taken steps so that this sort of removal will not be necessary going forward. Thank you. tcmweb
