bollywood101
Viva Villa (1934), and yes, it will replay. 4 April 2006 at 10 PM, according to the database. Turner owns the movie and it runs fairly often on TCM. http://tcmdb.com/title/title.jsp?scarlettTitleId=1626

CineSage
VIVA VILLA! was begun in Mexico, with Howard Hawks directing. During the shooting on location, character actor Lee Tracy, alone in his hotel room one night, got drunk and decided to relive himself from his room's balcony. Unfortunately, a squad of Mexican military academy cadets were marching underneath at that exact moment. It was all MGM could do to get Tracy out of the country in one piece, but they had to pay the price of the company's being expelled from Mexico. The Hawks footage had to be scrapped, with production resuming from scratch under director Jack Conway in Southern California, and another actor cast in Tracy's role. lzcutter
According to IMDB, William Wellman is also uncredited on that film. Does anyone know more about his contribution to this film?
