Paramount Pictures Fashion / Glamour shots-- who's the actress?

Hello All:

 

I found these terrific photographs, all with Paramount Pictures stamps on the back, and a typed note which says 'Ladies Wardrobe Frank Richardson'; they seem to be from the early 1930s or late 1920s.  I have one which has 'Mary Brian' written on the back, but I'm not sure these are Mary Brian.  Any one recognize the young lady?  Also who's the guy in the last photo?  thanks! and Happy Holidays!!

#1, 3, and 5 appear to be Mary Brian.
