DwayneBrue
I just purchased Captain Blood on saturday. I love the bonus features with Leonard Maltin, it makes you feel like your back in a theatre way back when. The old newsreels, the cartoon, it just really is nice, and the movie is fantastic, clear and pristine.
MattHelm
I wish TCM would show movies like that on Saturdays with the newsreels, cartoons, serial, and then the feature.

vallo13
Warner Bro's. did add a couple of features on their resent releases where it was like "Matinee at the Bijou",with cartoons,a short. Most films with extras are a bunch of useless junk. I just purchased "The Master of Ballantrae" with Flynn and it has a photo Gallery and Trailers . Warner, keep up the good work. vallo

katyscar11ett
Definitely one of my very favorite movies - and Flynn was so gorgeous with that long blond hair. Yum! Does anyone know anything about Flynn's early Australian movie which was the first Mutiny on the Bounty - it was apparently called 'something else'* because I can't find it under Mutiny. I would so love to see that version of the movie - and Flynn would be so wonderful as Christian. *Now, Charlie - I just know you're gonna make a comment about a movie called "Something Else" - *grin* - so I beat you to the punch and looked it up myself. Apparently, there was a TV series called that - and a movie that sounds like crap, except Frank Gorshin was in it. ;-)

katyscar11ett
Thanks vallo. You know, in my speculation of the title of it, I completely forgot what my original question about it was lol. I wanted to ask if anyone knows if it's available on DVD - or if the movie even exists anymore. Has anyone ever seen it? On Aussie TV, maybe? I think it would be a wonderful movie to own.
