msladysoul
Did any of you see that film short after The Little Princess movie starring Shirley Temple. That little girl was so cute, she could really sing, she looked like a little woman. I'm glad I recorded it. TCM surprise all the time with film shorts, they don't schedule, I wouldn't mind waiting by the tv all day, I've gotten some great film shorts by doing that. But, I kind of know when they show film shorts. They usually show them after the first morning movie, one before noon, sometimes before 6 and throughout the night. msladysoul
I found out that was Rose Marie. To most fans of television, Rose Marie will be forever known as the witty, funny 'Sally Rogers' on "The Dick Van Dyke Show" of the 1960's.
nedlato
Thank you so much! I was watching her, wondering who she was. How did you find out?
moviejoe79
Check out the 1933 Universal film "International House," to see a great performance by "Baby Rose Marie" - the film itself is a real gem, starring W.C. Fields, Bela Lugosi, Burns and Allen, and Stuart Erwin, among many others. It's available on video.
