Thanks Mongo:

You've answered a question I 've had for a long time, now I know Virginia and Michael are brother and sister. They made a movie together which I didn't watch because it was a escaped convict or something who holds a woman hostage in her house, and I figured it would be the same old thing where they fall in love and everything ends just hunky-dory. But I guess that couldn't very well happen, huh? Maybe I'll watch it next time it comes around.

> Thanks, Mr. Mongo!

I've often wondered about his status . . . .

I recently purchased a copy of "The Rainmaker," and I'm very taken with Holliman's performance as Hepburn's (much, much) younger brother. In the past I hadn't paid that character much attention. He is really adorable as the naif who isn't quite so dumb as he looks. I used to watch some silly show he had in the 60s about a rodeo star - I did like him and Andrew Prine, even though the show wasn't much.

Jack, since Mr. Holliman is getting on in years, perhaps he decided to share some eternal bliss as well as some aches and pains.

By the way, he actually won the Golden Globe Award for "The Rainmaker".

Anne, just for the record, Virginia's brother Michael, refuses to see any of her movies in which she appears naked.

I like Earl Holliman in the first episode of "The Twilight Zone". That was quite a good little piece of storytelling. And thanks for mentioning Kim Hunter. I had no idea that she was no longer with us. Some of them just seem to slip under the radar no matter how well you pay attention.

Hi Mongo,

Hope that you'll pass your tests with flying colours.....

I'm sure your doctor will find that:

"You have ten little fingers and ten little toes

And, a still working, sniffing nose.

And, if it doesn't sound like too much mush

Still a cute round little tush!!".......

What can I say, I'm tired!!!!

Gerb, it appears that Clayton Moore wasn't buried wearing his mask, although "The William Tell Overture" was played during his memorial service.

A fan did place a mask on his grave stone, between the dates.

Other than Lugosi, actor Frankie Thomas was buried in his 'Tom Corbett, Space Cadet" costume. He also

co-starred as Ted in the 'Nancy Drew' mysteries with Bonita Granville.

I'm not certain of any others, who were buried in their costumes, at the moment. Perhaps some members can come up with a few more.

And your quite welcome, Jack.

That's right. I remember reading that about Thomas when he died earlier this year. Thanks for the refresher. And, I just love those Nancy Drew movies! I discovered them when I was about the age that Bonita was when she filmed them, and believe me, I was twitterpated!
