Greer Garson as MADAME CURIE

Next: didn't have a huge film career but is still remembered

I would say Michael Sacks. I don't know how many really remember him, but he was in several fine films in his short career including one of my Top Tens...SLAUGHTERHOUSE FIVE (1972). He was not leading man material but had a certain "look" that was perfect for several of the characters he played. I always wondered if he could have played a number of offbeat roles that actors like Chrisopher Lloyd, J.K. Simmons or even a Christopher Walken made famous. I could see him in any number of Coen Brothers films. FARGO...for instance.

Next: Died in his/her 20's. Good start to a short career.

Glenn Ford was not very responsible towards his wife Eleanor Powell and was known to make his rounds among most Hollywood women without a care in the world.

Next: An actress....who...ahem....got around.
