It appears that Michael Cohen will cooperate with federal prosecutors in New York. In order to get a cooperation deal, Cohen will need to provide all information he knows about criminal activity, no matter who it is, but attorney-client privilege may create some hurdles.

Between Michael Cohen flipping and Manafort's witness tampering hearing on Friday, this week is big.

WH legislative director Marc Short tells me WH is pushing back against Senate efforts to undo President Trump’s ZTE deal. Why? “The president believes that China has been instrumental in helping us to get to this point on North Korea.”

Fair to note that AS OF TODAY:

1) Iran agreed to cut its uranium stockpile 98% - and to keep enrichment levels at 3.67%. North Korea: not in deal

2) Iran agreed not to produce weapons-grade plutonium - and sent all spent fuel out of the country. North Korea: not in deal

Flawed as Iran deal was/is, North Korea - at this point in time - has not agreed to halt plutonium production, has not agreed to halt uranium enrichment, or to keep enrichment far below weapons-grade levels. Further talks COULD yield such concessions - but as of now: no

WWR apologies if facts in prior tweets don't validate your pre-existing views. "Facts," as John Adams was so fond of saying, "are stubborn things."
