As of my last check, McGahn did not show up. This one is sticky as the information the committee is seeking covers the period when McGahn was employed in the White House. While there may be "no unqualified immunity," that does not mean there isn't any in this circumstance. If that doesn't work, then they can claim attorney-client confidentiality. Either way, this would have to go to court of appeals and then Supreme Court. Trump does not have the power to stop anyone from testifying as far as I know. This would not be any different.
